Umar has a vast knowledge of various core handling, routine and special core analysis techniques. Prior to joining Gabas Omni Petroleum Services in December 2005, Umar worked for Core Laboratories (between 1992 and 2005) in Nigeria in various capacities including Business Development roles responsible for Sales Engineering and Client Liason in the West African sub region and was charged with the responsibility of Managing the Routine and Special Core Analysis Laboratories. Umar has also worked in support roles supporting regional technical project groups in CoreLab Aberdeen and Houston.

Adeyinka joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services Ltd on April 4th 2007. Prior to this, he worked for Core Laboratories in Nigeria (between 2002 and 2007) in various capacities. His experience includes but not limited to the following:

* Wellsite core handling of unconsolidated, friable to consolidated cores using epoxy, freezing (dry ice) and foam stabilization techniques, safety awareness in rig environments
* Digital Core Photography where he has photographed and processed over 10,000 feet of core for various clients.
* CT Scanning, Core slabbing, plugging, core gamma, porosity, permeability, grain density, sidewall core analysis (SWCA) and fluid saturation (dean stark & retort)

Bassel joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services Ltd in June 2006 as a Core Analyst Trainee. Prior to joining GOPS, he worked for Petro-Hunt Middle East (between 2004 and 2005) where he was involved in geological and geophysical mapping and data interpretation.

In 2003 prior to working for Petro-Hunt Middle East, Bassel spent two months (Summer Training) with the Geological Technical Services Division (GLTSD) of SAUDI ARAMCO where he underwent training on data collection and geological mapping using E&P GIS.

Al-Kabibah, Salem Saleh - Core Analyst

Salem joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services Ltd in December 2005 as a Core Analyst Trainee. Prior to joining GOPS, he worked for Abdul Hashim Industrial Gases & Equipment Co. Ltd as a Chemist in the Quality Control Lab with main responsibility of performing Gas Chromatographs to evaluate quality of gases received and delivered to customers.

Salem is a professional member of the Saudi Arabian International Chemical Sciences Chapter (American Chemical Society).

Nunez, Brian Reynaldo - Senior Laboratory Technician

Nationality - Filipino

Rey joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services in March 2006. Prior to this date, Rey had worked for Saudi Aramco R & D Petrophysics Unit for 10 years between 1980 and 1990 as a Laboratory Technician. Rey has a good knowledge of Core Handling (Core Preservation, Gamma, Plug Sampling, Core Slabbing, Fluid Saturation & Extraction) and Petrophysical measurements (Grain Density, Porosity, Permeability, Mercury Injection Capillary Pressure, Electrical Properties).

Al-Qusi, Fahad Abdullah - Laboratory Technician

Nationality - Saudi

Fahad joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services Ltd in December 2005 following his graduation from the Dammam College of Technology with an Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology (Production Technology). He also spent three months summer training with SAUDI ARAMCO R&DC (Petrophysics Unit) where he received an overview of core analysis.

Tomas, Buan Medina - Laboratory Technician

Educational Qualification - High School

Nationality - Filipino

Tomas worked for Saudi Aramco R & D Petrophysics Unit for 10 years between 1980 – 1990 prior to early retirement. Tomas has a good knowledge of core handling (core preservation, gamma, plug sampling, fluid saturation & extraction, grain density). Tomas joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services Lab in March 2006.

Al Mughassel Hussain Abdullah - Lab Technician Years Of Related Experience - 1 Year

Nationality - Saudi

Hussain joined the services of Gabas Omni Petroleum Services Ltd on February 1st 2007. Prior to this, he worked for Arabian Drilling Company (between 2004 and 2006) following which he worked briefly for ENESCO Arabian Drilling Company.
